Tasting Notes
Is a golden blond beer that has a rich malty first taste with a hint of caramel and biscuit. This is followed by a slight bitterness, which flows out nicely and blends perfectly with the malt.
Hops used
Hallertau Perle: A hop variety with German origins that has aromas of fresh green fruit and slightly strong tea.
Brewers Gold: Originally from 1919 in Wye College England. Has a fruity yet spicy aroma.
Columbus: Originally selected by Ch. Zimmerman for Hopunion inc. This hop has a herbal aroma and the spiciness of black pepper.
