Beautiful carbonation that gives a perfect foam collar. The yeast tickles the nose and makes you long for a drink. The taste is slightly mature with a nice soft bitter aftertaste that lingers for a while and makes you crave for more.

Cascade

Cascade: A hop used for the citrus aroma. Delivers a smooth aroma that is not too bitter.

 

Northern-Brewer

Northern Brewer: Created and cultivated in the North of England ever since 1934. Now more widely available and popular for its delicate pine and mint aromas.

Centennial

Centennial: Originally created in 1974 in the USA it became quickly a favourite for artisanal brewers for its nice and slightly sweet vanilla aroma.

7784 (opal)

7784: Found in 1994 in Waasten and confirmed as a unique variety that originally lived in the wild in that area of Belgium. Used to give the beer a fruity aroma.
