A beautiful golden foam that sticks to the glass. Light Fruity aroma with hints of honey. Sweet starting point, medium body that properly masks the alcohol.
The outflow is bitter at first but then makes you want more.

Cascade: A hop used for the citrus aroma. Delivers a smooth floral aroma that is not too bitter.

Northern-Brewer

Northern Brewer: Created and cultivated in the North of England ever since 1934. Now more widely available and popular for its delicate pine and mint aromas.

Centennial

Centennial: Originally created in 1974 in the USA it became quickly a favourite for artisanal brewers for its nice and slightly sweet vanilla aroma.

7784 (opal)

7784: Found in 1994 in Waasten and confirmed as a unique variety that originally lived in the wild in that area of Belgium. Used to give the beer a fruity aroma.
